Returns Policy

At Forivita, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your product under the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. After registering your return, you will have another 3 days to actually send the product back to us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must:

• Be unused and undamaged

• Where reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging

• Be complete, including all supplied accessories and parts

• Have been used according to the instructions

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may apply a reduction in value.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products that are unsuitable to be returned for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken

• Personalised or custom-made products

Return Costs

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense.

Refund

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase price within

 days via the original payment method.
